Product Overview:

Ceramic filter is a kind of dewatering equipment, which mainly consists of ceramic filter plate, roller system, mixing system, feed and drainage system, vacuum system, filter drainage system, scraper system, backwashing system, combined cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning, automatic acid cleaning) system, automatic control system, tank body and rack.

Ceramic filtration is the most advanced solid-liquid separation technology in the world. It has been widely used in various fields of national economy because of its advantages of energy saving, consumption reduction, cleanliness and environmental protection, and resource reuse. Ceramic filter is a model of successful application of ceramic filter technology. In recent years, large-scale promotion in China has produced good economic and social benefits. In the early 1980s, Otokumpu Company of Finland developed a ceramic filter plate which can be used as a filter medium. The pore size of the ceramic filter plate is usually 1-5 micron (the most commonly used is 1.5-2.0 micron). Such micropore can produce strong capillary effect. When the ceramic filter works, only liquid passes through the micropore to become the filter fluid, while solid and gas are blocked. The filter cake is separated from the surface of the filter plate to realize solid-liquid separation.

The birth of new filter media has epoch-making significance for the development of solid-liquid separation technology. Ceramic filter plates can produce capillary effect and have excellent mechanical properties, which makes ceramic filters have many advantages over other filters using filter cloth as filter media, and are widely used. Ceramic filters can be widely used in non-ferrous metal mines, coal, chemical industry, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and other industries for dehydration treatment, with a wide range of applications.

Technical characteristics

(1) Energy-saving and high efficiency: large processing capacity, energy-saving effect is obvious. The treatment capacity is more than 1100kg/m2h and the electricity consumption is less than 0.5kWh/th. Compared with the traditional disc and external filter, the energy consumption is saved more than 80%.

(2) Automatic control: The high performance series of machines adopt program automatic control, automatic feeding and automatic cleaning, which reduces the labor intensity of operators and reduces the number of operators.

(3) Perfect automatic protection function: automatic fault alarm system, fault screen display function, high and low liquid level alarm display, and automatic elimination or shutdown manual processing.

(4) Strong and durable structure: The machine is optimized by computer, with reasonable structure and reliable operation. Maintenance-free design is adopted for main transmission components to reduce failure shutdown rate. Stainless steel structure is used for mixing system in tank body to ensure its service life of more than 10 years.

(5) Improving product quality and reducing transportation cost: Because the water content of the filtered concentrate is very low, the market competitiveness of the product can be greatly improved, and the transportation cost and loss in the transportation process can be reduced.

The structure of the ceramic filter mainly includes: the rotor formed by several groups of ceramic filter plate discs, the distribution head of suction and flushing effect which produces self-coupling switching phenomenon, the agitator which prevents solid precipitation, the scraper which eliminates the solid adsorption of the filter plate, the cleaning system which flushes the filter plate inside the abdominal cavity outward and the ultrasonic oscillation, and the tank body and transportation which keeps a certain slurry level. Line program control system.

When the filter is running, because of the vacuum pumping, when the filter plate rotates and immerses under the slurry level in the tank, a layer of solid particles is formed on the surface of the filter plate. The liquid passes through the filter plate and is switched from the distribution head to the vacuum bucket. When the filter plate with a stacking layer is sucked away from the slurry level, a filter cake is formed, and the filter cake is further dried due to the continuous dehydration of the vacuum.

The rotor continues to rotate to the position where the scraper is installed, so that the filter cake is unloaded and sent to the desired place by the belt conveyor.

After discharging the filter cake, the running position of the filter plate reaches the automatic switching to the flushing position opposite to the flow direction of vacuum pumping, forming the flushing effect from inside to outside of the filter plate, and removing the particles blocked in the ceramic micropore. Then re-immerse the slurry.

When the filter runs for a long time, it can wash the filter plate comprehensively. The reverse flushing liquid used can add chemical agent and cooperate with ultrasonic oscillation to maintain the efficient operation of the filter.
