Basalt fiber Twistless roving is a basalt fiber product which is made up of multiple parallel precursors or single parallel precursors in the untwisted state. The company mainly produces basalt fiber Twistless roving of 7-24 um, with tensile strength (>0.65N/tex), elastic modulus (>95GPa) and elongation at break (>2.6%). Basalt fibers not only have high strength, high modulus and impact resistance comparable to high-tech fibers such as PPTA (polyterephthalamide) and UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), but also have excellent heat and light resistance, especially the interface bonding strength with resin is very high, so basalts of various specifications are made.
