The refining agent granulation system developed by our company does not need high temperature melting, no additives, dry powder granulation directly, low production cost, no environmental pollution, and has been successfully operated in many refining agent manufacturing enterprises in China.

Improvement of Traditional High Temperature Melting Granulation

Conventional refiners are usually powdered or granular. Powdered refiners are usually mixed and packaged by heating and dehumidifying at high temperature. Some of the granular refiners are prepared by calcining and melting at high temperature (this method has high energy consumption and high production cost). Another method is the roll-pressing granulation method recommended by us, which directly mixes dry powder into the mixer and then directly. Roller pelletizing can produce particles with high strength and low energy consumption.

Granular refiners have the following advantages over powder refiners:

1. Not easy to agglomerate; 2. Environmental protection, no dust pollution in spraying process; 3. Reduced usage; 4. Easy to sink into liquid aluminium after spraying; 5. Density becomes larger and smaller after granulation, which reduces transportation costs; 6. Product appearance is more beautiful after granulation, which is more conducive to confidentiality of formula and higher added value of product; 7. Without adding drying process, material will be warmed up in the process of roller granulation, and a small amount of water will be in granulation. The process is evaporated.
