1. Polyimide is one of the best comprehensive properties of organic polymer materials, possessing durable high temperature, good insulation characteristics.
2.1 Appearance
The polyimide film is supplied in roll, whose color can be referred to the products given. Its edge is smooth without breakage.
2.2 Core
The film core selected is usually a paper core with a diameter of 76mm(3"), unless otherwise required.
2.3 Thickness and Deviation Allowed (in micron)
The usual supply of polyimide film thickness and the corresponding deviation allowed are listed in the table below. If the special thickness is needed, it can be made according to the customers' requirements.
Thickness | 25 | 30 | 50 | 75 | 100 | 125 | 150 | 175 | 200 | 225 | 250 |
Deviation Allowed | +4 -3 | +4 -3 | +7 -6 | +8 -6 | +8 -7 | +8 -8 | +8 -8 | +10 -10 | +12 -12 | +15 -15 | +10 -20 |
2.4 Width and Deviation Allowed
Both the maximum width 600mm for 25~100μfilm, and 500~550mm for 125~250μfilm can be supplied. Any film within the width can be produced according to the customers' requirements.
The film width and its deviation are shown in the table below provided there is no negotiation between the buyer and the supplier.
mm
Width | Deviation Allowed |
<102 | +1.0 |
>102 | +1.6 |
2.5 Film Roll Length and Deviation Allowed
The length of polyimide film produced by Jiangyin Yunda Electronics New Material Co., Ltd. can be briefly described as follows: 25μ(1000m per roll), 50μ(800m per roll), 75μ(500m per roll), 100μ(400m per roll), 125μ(400m per roll), 150μ(300m per roll), 175μ(300m per roll), 200μ(200m per roll), 225μ(200m per roll), 250μ(150m per roll). Also, the special length of the film can be supplied based on the customers' requirements.
A deviation of 5% in length for each roll is allowed.

3. Packing
The polyimide film packed in the plastic film is wrapped with foamed material with both ends lined with foamed plastics and then put on the plastic stilts before it is packed in a double corrugated paper box with two straps outside vertically and horizontally.
