Sound Elimination Louver contain Arc Sound Elimination Louver and Oblique Sheet Type Sound Elimination Louver.

Arc sound elimination louver is riveted with upper and lower sound absorber, arc sound absorber and side plate, and sound absorber is the pore plate externally wrapped with melamine and other sound absorption materials. Arc sound elimination louver is applicable to various air vents of plants.

Arc sound absorber adopts oval louvre blade design, and has small ventilation resistance, and upper blade can prevent the entry of rainwater, and lower blade can effectively absorb the noise; it is characterized by fireproof, rainproof and dampproof property and good-looking appearance. 

Oblique sheet type sound elimination louver is riveted with upper and lower sound absorber, oblique sheet sound absorber and side plate, and sound absorber is the pore plate externally wrapped with melamine and other sound absorption materials. Oblique sheet type sound elimination louver is applicable to various air vents of plants.

Oblique sheet type sound absorber adopts rhombic louvre blade design, and its ventilation resistance is larger than that of arc sound elimination louver, and sound elimination effect is better than that of arc sound elimination louver. Upper blade can prevent the entry of rainwater, and lower blade can effectively absorb the noise; it is characterized by fireproof, rainproof and dampproof property and good-looking appearance.

The sound elimination quantity of 300 type oblique sheet type sound elimination louver produced by our company is 8-15dB(A), and when the flow per square meter is 1800m3/h~3600m3/h, airflow speed between blades is 1~2m/s, and pressure loss is ≤20Pa.

If the oblique sheet type sound elimination louver with higher sound elimination quantity is required, it can increase or decrease the thickness per 300 mm, and improve the sound elimination quantity of sound elimination louver.
