On this conveyor, the workers select the un-blanched peanut and reprocess it again, and the unqualified peanut is also picked out. Finally the entire white peanut kernel is put through the vibrating separator to make the final clean, and go to pack.

Work Principle

The beginning of this line is from the roasted peanut kernel with red skin, through the elevator conveyor, material enter into the feeder, and distributed averagely by 3 tubes. Then the peanut kernel automatically enter into decorticating room which is composed of two sand rollers, Under the function of rolls friction and rotating, the red skin is taken away. The light red skin goes down under the suction of air fan, its collected by the special apparatus. The blanched white peanut kernel is obtained.
