1. Product Performance and Characteristic
Rubber Water-stop Strip is use of domestic high quality natural rubber and various kinds of synthetic rubber as the main raw material, adding various accelerator agent and filling agent, through the process of refining, mixing, vulcanization, and mould pressing. This product is use of the high elasticity and compression deformation of rubber. It can produce elastic deformation in all kinds of load, and can fastening the seal. And it plays an effectively role of prevent the construction component of water leakage, seepage, and shock absorption, so as to ensure that the service life of the engineering construction.
2. Product Usage
A. Mainly used for infrastructure projects, underground facilities, tunnels, water conservancy, metro project.
B. For the gate, dam construction, engineering, underground structures with adjustable concrete pouring.
Frame works or small eyelet by means of small wires, certain metal clamps made to grip the water stop seal to keep it in proper position. Our waterstops are profiles based on specially formulated plasticized PVC compound, which are designed to meet specific requirement of building industry. It is essential that a device is used against potential risk of discomfiture that tends to be caused in concrete structure following climatic, geo-disturbances and frictional impasse which result in expansion or contraction in concrete structure. And the expansion or contraction results in leakage/seepage of water exposing the structure to bring the risk of cracks or dismemberment.
