This BPL300 wood pellet machine is specially designed for small to medium scale biomass pellet production. The main equipments include hammer mill, cyclone separator, material mixing & storage bin, screw feeder, ZLSP-300B R wood pellet machine, water tank, vibrating screen, bucket conveyor, foundation frame and electric cabinet. It can process biomass, sawdust, twigs, stalks, husks and straws into biomass pellets, it is also capable to make animal feed pelletsfrom rice husks, peanut shells, forage and so on.

This is the size reduction process of the sawdust pellet machine. The recommended raw materials should maintain a diameter which is less than 20mm, and after the process, the diameter of the raw materials is about 3-5mm.
