Features:

Stainless steel hydraulic tubing is featured as Seamless, High-quality, fully annealed, Hardness not to exceed 90 HRB or 200 HV. Hydraulic Tubing to be free of scratches and Oxide, free of oil and grease, suitable for bending and flaring.

Materials:

Hydraulic tubing in 316L stainless steel is the most popular in applications. And the other materials of hydraulic tubing also is available in TP304/304L, TP316/316L, TP321/321H, TP316Ti or TP347/TP347H; Corresponding EN/DIN grade is 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4401/1.4404, 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4571, duplex stainless steel grades as S31803, S32750, S32760, 2205; and super duplex stainless steel grades 904, 904L, and so on.

Available Size Range:

Outside Diameter:  imperial size 1/8” (3 mm) through 3.00” (76.1 mm)

Wall thickness: 0.5 mm to 10 mm.

Heat treatment & surface condition:

Stainless steel hydraulic tubing usually is delivered in Annealed and Pickled condition, Bright Annealed and Polished surface finish conditions are delivered on customers’ request.

Lengths

Usually stainless steel hydraulic tubing is supplied in fixed length 6000mm (+/- 5mm), but we can also produce the tubes with length on customers’ requests up to 18 meters.
