The two-level off-tracking switch is mainly used to detect the off-tracking of conveyor belt, so as to prevent material overflow caused by off-tracking of belt.When the tape is deflected, the edge of the tape drives the stick to rotate and squeeze the stick to tilt it.The switch sends one set of signals for warning if the stick is tilted greater than the first level of operation, and another set of signals for stopping if the stick is tilted greater than the second level of operation.After the tape machine is back to normal operation, the stick is reset automatically.
There are two micro switches K1 in the two-stage off-tracking switch.K2, which can be connected to be normally open or normally closed according to actual needs.
