Tetracaine HCl  Description

Tetracaine, also known as tetracaine, is a local anesthetic used to numb the eyes, nose or throat. It can also be used before the start to reduce pain from the procedure intravenously. Tetracaine HCl  Application

At low concentrations, tetracaine causes an initial inhibition of spontaneous calcium release events, while at high concentrations, tetracaine blocks release completely.
