Description 
1)The ultra-fine grinder machine are made from stainless steel or carbon steel.
2)The ultra-fine grinder machine are mainly composed of crusher, cyclone, ventilation cooling box and pipes.
3)The ultra-fine grinder machine has simple structure, compact design, winnow and non-sieve or mesh.

 
Working principle
1)Raw materials will be feed by the hopper and screw conveyor feeding device.
2)Pulverized by high speed rotary blades.Processed final material are winnowed and collected by the blower,dust collector included.
3)It can make coarse and fine grinding, and can crush one single material or mixture. It can also crush raw materials of different properties, different proportion, the granularity of different size, different length.
4)The cooling system can ensure continuously working and increase the working efficiency.


Technical Parameters
Different material and finished fineness with different capacity range 80-600kg/h.The finess can upt to 8000 mesh.
No limit to material moisture,material contain sugar,oil,sticky can be grinded in one process.
Without residue slag, so the filtering rate through sieve is 100%. 
 
Usage
1) Raw materials of wood grinder mill:
The ultra-fine grinder machine is a multi-functional crusher, which could be used for wood,charcoal,leather,herb, black and white sheet, wheat bran, corn, millet,glutinous rice, soybean, mung bean, dried ginger, garlic, big jujube,nut  shell, bone,as well as a variety of food raw materials and ingredients. It can also be used for crushing the products which contains sugar, sticky materials and with fiber materials.
2) Application of ultra-fine grinder machine
The ultra-fine grinder machine are applicable to the grains processing plants which are mainly with the grans, such as coarse gran processing plant, flour mill, fine dried noodles plant, food bakery plant, seafood factory, bean products processing plant, milk products plant, protein processing plant, spices processing pant, food additive factory etc.
