Softener bead can be dissolved in tap water, be applied for softening finish process on various fiber. Fabrics like cotton, lined, silk etc. It extends to cotton and its blended fabrics, jeans, woolen sweater and towel with a slippery and fluffier handle.

Product Applicability

• Be applied for softening treatment on various cotton, lined, silk,towel cloth, woolen material and its blended textile fabric. Be used for wash mill on jeans cloth and other fabric materials of garment to process softening treatment.

Dissolved Method

Dissolved method in cold water: put 5-10% proportion of LH softener beads into tap water around 30℃，keep stirring until it becomes even solution. Then wait for 1-2 hours and keep stirring again until it gets well dissolved available for using.

Dissolved method in hot water : put 5-10% proportion of LH softener beads into tap water,keep stirring slowing, gradually water temperature heating up to 45-55℃and keeping stirring slowly until it gets well-dissolved before using it.

USAGE 

Dip padding: 20-60g/L (10％ softener solution),Optimum temperature around 30-40℃（Two dips two padding-rolls or one dip one padding-roll）

Impregnation: 0.3-0.8%（O.W.F.）（10％ softener solution), O.W.F.1:8-10, optimum temperature around 40-50℃

Time: 15-30Min
