Safe use of sling of wire rope qingchu baling machine




(1) in the sling of a single qingchuang baling press, the minimum distance of the braiding part of each end of the rope buckle shall not be less than 10 times of the nominal diameter of the wire rope.




(2) the insertion operation shall be performed at least five times for each strand, and three of the five shall be performed as a whole strand.




(3) the minimum net length between the splicing and connecting cable holes at both ends of the sling of the youth bundling machine shall not be less than 40 times the nominal diameter of the rope of the sling of the youth bundling machine.




(4) the sling of qingchu baling machine must be made of the whole rope, with no joint in the middle. The sling of ring qingchu baling machine is allowed to have only one joint.
