In 1958, Alice-Chamers Company of the United States put into commercial production the cylinder bundler developed by Rotor-Baller. The machine can bundle straw into a cylinder with a diameter of 36-56 centimeters and a length of 0.91 meters, each bundle of 18-45 kilograms. Until now, this kind of bundler is still in use in some places.
