Model 4J series crushing and returning machine is driven by tractor with power 21-80 KW (28-120 HP). It adopts structure of trifilar suspension universal joint transferring power, middle gear wheel driving and edge V-belt driving. The machine is mainly comprised by universal joint transferring shaft, body frame, middle gear wheel box, V-belt drive system, blade carrying axle, land wheel and so on.
The stalk crushing and returning machine firstly picks up the stalks from the farm field and then after crushing and cutting returns the stalk pieces to the farm field again. It can not only make the soil structure better by increasing its organic matter which is very important for the seeds planting, but also avoid the environmental polluting resulted from stalk burning. It can be widely suitable for maize, wheat, sorghum and other crops.
