Product Description
Polymeric particles noise reduction material first select specific mesh inorganic particles, such as natural sand, slag particles and etc. And covering them with well-proportioned and ultrathin gel solvent on all the particle surface, thus they will form a certain angle coefficient coated particles. The particles under the action of external force which makes the surface of curing effect. The tiny particles will like be welded together. Between the particles, it will naturally form large, irregular, interconnected tiny pore.
In the polymerization process, the ratio of particle size and polymerization method can be accurately controlled, which determines the size of the inner pore and their arrangement. Thus according to the actual demand, it can custom design and produce noise reduction product of different acoustic characteristics. This product will have many advantages of high strength, fire prevention, moisture proof, frost resistance and ageing resistance. Also by using green cementing material, polymeric particles products without any harmful volatile matter which is environment friendly acoustic material.
Structure feature:
Without any metal material in the barrier,absorption layer is made of polymeric particles material. Sound insulation layer is made of polymeric particle material, reinforced cement fiberboard, non-metallic materials such as glass magnesium board. Sound absorption, sound insulation layer are compounded by all-weather structural adhesive.

Typical Technical Features:
1. High, medium and low frequency sound absorption features of polymeric particulate sound absorption materials are closely related to the size and quantity of tiny pores between particles, structure form, thickness of plate, size of cavity behind plate, etc. Sound absorption frequency features can be adjusted by regulating the particle size, plate thickness and cavity size to meet the high, medium and low frequency sound absorption requirements. In the practical engineering, the targeted design and selection of polymeric particulate materials (structure) in accordance with acoustic design requirements will get twice the result with half the effort;
2. Sound absorption features of polymeric particulate sound absorption materials have nothing to do with the category of particles, and when other conditions are unchanged, sound absorption structure property changes slightly even if the material of particles is changed.
3. Acoustic Property of sound absorption structure of polymeric particulate plate with the thickness of not more than 10mm can be forecasted based on the sound absorption theory of microperforated panel;
4. Sound absorption property of polymeric particulate sound absorption materials is related to the appearance of particles, and the coefficient of angularity will affect the flow resistance of materials and then affect sound absorption property.

Laboratory
As the key environmental protection laboratory in Sichuan Province, our acoustical laboratory covers 521 square meters, and is composed of reverberation chamber, sound insulation chamber, silencer dynamic evaluation laboratory and impedance tube laboratory. The laboratory now is the largest noise control technology and acoustic material research & test center in southwestern China, and leads domestic noise control field. Silencer dynamic evaluation laboratory now is the largest silencer test platform in China.
Our laboratory is designed by architectural acoustics design team from Tsinghua University based on relevant national standards and by reference to well-known acoustical laboratories at home and abroad. Main measurement instruments are manufactured by B&K, Denmark (a measurement instrument manufacturer ranking No.1 in the world, and providing noise and vibration solutions). The laboratory conforms to the testing conditions of CMA (China Metrology Accreditation), and has issued the reports conforming to CMA requirements for customers, and especially plays an irreplaceable role in the development of new productions and the detection of product quality.
Our laboratory has established a resource sharing and advantage complement relationship with several institutions, e.g. Architectural Physics Laboratory of Tsinghua University andAcoustics Institute of National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, etc., and does business with them in product R&D, performance detection and other fields.
