3003 Aluminum Circle Introduction

3003 aluminum is a typical Al-Mn alloy, it is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum), and it can not be heat-treated and strengthened. Therefore, cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties. This material has good formability, very good corrosion resistance and weldability, 3003 aluminum circle is mainly used for pressure cooker, capacitor case, aluminum pots, aluminum cans/ bottles, aluminum bowl, electric rice cooker, bladder the road sign, aluminum drum, aluminum lamp cover.

The aluminum circle is placed on a wooden pallet or wooden box, wrapped perfectly with waterproof craft paper, and then fixed with a narrow strip of iron.

Usually, we have six layers of packing: put on wooden supports and put desiccant, wrap moisture proof film, wrap the plastic film, wrap the moisture-proof cotton, wrap the plastic moisture proof film again and pack it with cardboard.
